ECBS Renegade Structures™ are high quality homes built completely with a steel exterior. Conventional homes and barndominium exteriors consist of wood, shingles, concrete, masonry, and resin. Although barndominiums sometimes have a steel structure, their exteriors are often built with conventional home materials.
ECBS Renegade Structures™ are built with high-rated insulation, top of the line appliances, flooring, windows, cabinetry, countertops, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
Advantages of a Renegade Structure:
Because the exterior steel components come directly factory-painted with a 25- to 40-year warranty, you will not be painting or re-roofing for the life of the home. These high quality materials are resistant to termites, mold, mildew, or decay. The double-paned low-E windows and high-grade insulation completely seal the home; saving on energy costs. Luxury appliances combined with LED lighting and a high-SEER HVAC system further contribute to a low maintenance, highly efficient dwelling. All structures are rated for 150-mph winds.
